In fact, Hotel Brokers International (HBI) recognized Deirdre (Murphy) Ventura, CHB as "2002 Broker of the Year." Ms. Ventura achieved the most transactions and a higher dollar volume then any other broker member. The 2007 Top Hotel Broker Survey prepared by Hotel & Motel Management publication ranked Innvest Hotel Brokers number 14 nationwide by transaction volume. Collectively, our firm's principals have been involved in over 400 hotel brokerage transactions since 1968, ranging geographically from the Northeast to Southern California, Puerto Rico to Hawaii; from Hyatt to Motel 6, Loew to Holiday Inn; from 25 units to over 600 units; and both individual and portfolio transactions.
