Hotel Real Estate Brokers
As our Real Estate Brokerage Business expands, so does our need for skilled, enthusiastic, dedicated professionals. If you have three to six years of experience in the Hospitality Industry, sales, management, consulting, franchising or financing; or have a back ground in the real estate industry, and are familiar with the lodging industry, and real estate development, we have a position for you.

Essential Skills:
Ability to problem-solve and exercise judgment while displaying a high degree of initiative, strong interpersonal skills with an "at your service" attitude, quantitative analytical skills, ability to work productively under minimal supervision, and enjoy the resulting entrepreneurial experience.

Loan Brokerage Officers
We are interested in quality self-motivated professional loan brokers with hospitality and franchise experience. This candidate must have 3-5 years experience in lending and banking and be familiar with; SBA, Conduit, Bridge, FF&E (equipment), Earn out and Mezzanine Financing programs.

Essential Skills:
Knowledge of practices and basic laws applicable to mortgage lending and real estate transaction, strong interpersonal skills, ability to organize and prioritize details, ability to complete multitasks on schedule, ability to function as a team member, ability to work productively in a fast passed environment.
